Ingredients
  • 4 cups yellow watermelon, cubed
  • 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • ½ red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • ¼ cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
  • ¼ cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

  • ¼ cup toasted sunflower seeds (optional)
Instructions
    Prepare the watermelon
