Description

Stracciatella

Stracciatella Soup is a delightful Italian dish that brings warmth and comfort to any meal. It features a rich base of reduced-sodium chicken broth, ensuring a flavorful yet light experience.

The heart of the soup lies in its delicate strands of egg, which are skillfully whisked into the hot broth, creating a beautiful texture that resembles ribbons of silk. Freshly grated Parmesan cheese adds a creamy, savory note, while chopped flat-leaf parsley and basil infuse the soup with vibrant herbal flavors.

To enhance its nutritional value and visual appeal, lightly packed spinach leaves are introduced, contributing a burst of color and a hint of earthiness. Seasoned with just the right amount of salt and freshly ground black pepper, this soup strikes a perfect balance between savory and fresh.

It’s a versatile dish, ideal for both a cozy dinner and a sophisticated lunch, making it a beloved choice for many. Served warm in a bowl, Stracciatella Soup not only nourishes the body but also delights the senses with its aromatic blend of ingredients, offering a taste of Italy in every spoonful.
