  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • Ice Cream Layers:
  • 1 quart pistachio ice cream, slightly softened

Instructions
    1. Prepare the crust:

      • In a bowl, mix crushed cookies with melted butter until evenly coated.
      • Gently press the mixture onto the base of a 9-inch springform pan.Freeze for 15 minutes to set.
    2. Assemble the cake:

      • Spread the pistachio ice cream evenly over the crust. Freeze for 20–30 minutes until firm.
      • Add a layer of cherry ice cream on top. Smooth it out and freeze again for 20–30 minutes.
      • Finally, layer the chocolate ice cream on top and freeze the entire cake for at least 4–6 hours, or until fully set.
    3. Decorate and serve:

      • Before serving, remove the cake from the springform pan and transfer it to a serving plate.
      • Spread whipped cream over the top and sprinkle with chopped pistachios, chocolate shavings, or a drizzle of chocolate sauce. Add maraschino cherries for garnish.
      • Slice and serve immediately!
