Instructions
    1. Marinate the Mutton: In a bowl, mix mutton with 1 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp red chili powder, salt, and half the ginger-garlic paste. Set aside for 30 minutes.
    2. Prepare the Base: Heat oil in a large pan or pressure cooker and infuse it with the flavors of cumin seeds, cinnamon, and bay leaves,cardamoms, cloves.Sauté until aromatic.
    3. Cook Onions: Add chopped onions and fry until golden brown.
    4. Add Tomatoes: Mix in the remaining ginger-garlic paste and pureed tomatoes. Cook until the oil separates.
    5. Spices: Add turmeric, coriander powder, and salt, red chili powder, then mix well to combine the spices.Cook for 2 minutes.
    6. Yogurt: Lower the heat and add whisked yogurt, stirring continuously to avoid curdling.
    7. Cook the Mutton: Add marinated mutton and mix well. Cook on medium heat until the mutton is browned and the spices coat the meat.
