200grams of enoki mushrooms
2tablespoons olive oil or sesame oil
2cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
Prepare the Mushrooms: Gently rinse the enoki mushrooms and trim the base to remove any dirt or tough stem ends. Separate the mushrooms into smaller bunches.
Heat the Oil: In a large skillet over medium heat, warm the olive or sesame oil.
Add Garlic: Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
