Egg Custard (flan aux oeufs)

When I'm feeling low, this egg custard is one of my go-to comfort foods. It's sweet, soothing, and packed with light protein. You can make it in individual custard cups or a single casserole dish.

  • 1 dash of vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch of ground nutmeg (optional)
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • ½ cup of white sugar
