Ingredients
    Bottom Layer:
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • Middle Layer:
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3 tbsp creme de menthe liqueur
  • Top Layer:
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
Instructions
    1. Prepare the Bottom Layer:

      • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
      • In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, and chocolate chips. Press the mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking pan.
      • Bake for 10–12 minutes, then let it cool.
    2. Make the Middle Layer:

      • Beat powdered sugar, softened butter, and creme de menthe liqueur until smooth. Spread evenly over the cooled bottom layer. Chill for 15 minutes.
    3. Create the Top Layer:

      • Melt the chocolate chips and butter together in a microwave or on the stovetop until smooth. Spread over the middle layer.
      • Chill the bars for at least 1 hour before cutting into squares.
