Ingredients
    For the Sandwich
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (Panko works well)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 slices of pepperoni
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce
  • 2 ciabatta rolls, toasted
  • 1 tablespoon fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Parmesan Ranch seasoning
  • Olive oil (for frying)
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • For the Parmesan Ranch Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

    1. Flatten the chicken breasts to a uniform thickness of approximately 1/2 inch.
    2. Set up a breading station with three bowls: one for flour, one for the beaten eggs, and one for breadcrumbs.
    3. Coat each chicken breast first in flour, then dip in the eggs, and finally coat in breadcrumbs.

  2. Cook the Chicken
    1. Gently warm olive oil in a skillet on medium heat.
    2. Cook the breaded chicken breasts for 4-5 minutes per side, until they are golden brown and fully cooked (internal temperature should reach 165°F).

  3. Assemble the Sandwich

  4. Add Finishing Touches

    2. Place the chicken on the toasted ciabatta roll.
    3. Add fresh basil leaves on top of the sandwich.
